Ryanair launches new direct flights from the UK to Turkey coasts; Dalaman and Bodrum! The airline is expanding its route network by launching direct flights from the UK to two of Turkey’s most sought-after destinations: Dalaman and Bodrum. Ryanair will offer direct flights from London Stansted to Bodrum from December 1, 2024, and to Dalaman from December 2.
The airline plans to operate regular connections from major UK airports. The new routes are expected to cater to a growing demand for flights to Turkey, particularly as both Dalaman and Bodrum continue to rise in popularity as holiday destinations. The addition of these flights highlights Ryanair’s commitment to providing affordable prices starting from 29 Euro and convenient options for travellers seeking to explore new parts of Europe and beyond.
The direct flights to Dalaman and Bodrum will be available several times a week, providing plenty of flexibility for holidaymakers. Ryanair’s expanded offering will allow UK travellers to explore these Turkish gems without the hassle of connecting flights, giving them more time to enjoy their vacations.
Additionally, both Dalaman and Bodrum airports serve as hubs for flights to other European destinations, with many travellers using them to connect to cities across the continent. While Dalaman Airport served a total of 3 million 929 thousand 979 passengers in 2024, Milas-Bodrum Airport carried 3 million 122 thousand 496 passengers. On international lines, the number of passengers increased by 7 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 1 million 379 thousand 109. With Turkey becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination, Ryanair’s new routes are expected to meet significant demand, especially during peak travel seasons. Airports such as Birmingham and Manchester will be added to flights from Bratislava and Dublin to Turkey.
