31st International Real Estate Fair MIPIM 2022 in Cannes
The International Real Estate Fair (MIPIM) opened its doors in Cannes, France, after 2 years of the pandemic.
The International Real Estate Fair (MIPIM), one of the world's leading real estate fairs started this week in Cannes, France with the opening speech of Former French President François Hollande. The main theme of this year is "Guiding Urban Transformation"
480 experts and 3.800 companies attended the fair that took place between 15-17 March 2022. MIPIM 2022 brings together 25.000 industry professionals, more than 6.000 investors, and 4.000 managers from 100 different countries.

Istanbul Tent was set up at the fair under the leadership of the Real Estate Investors Association (GYODER), with the participation of Bayram Tekçe, Chairman of Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul AŞ.
Besides Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul AS, Presidency Investment Office, Emlak Konut GYO, DAP Yapı, Galataport, Istanbul Finance Center, Istanbul Airport (IGA), Kalyon Group, Northern Marmara Highway, Kuzu Group, Halk GYO, Servotel, Tahincioğlu, Tersane Istanbul, TUM and YTU Yıldız Teknopark took place in Istanbul Tent at Cannes Real Estate Fair 2022.
Turkey’s Real Estate Platform GYODER represents more than 200 companies within the property sector. Mehmet Kalyoncu, Chairman of the GYODER Board of Directors, said that they undertook this organization to strengthen the international relations of Turkey's real estate sector and all team players of this sector. More than 1 million business cards are exchanged At MIPIM. Six main topics such as livable cities, real estate technologies, offices, real estate valuation, housing, and green reconciliation have been presented in this year's fair. The subject of "sustainability within the concepts of environment, social and governance" is also discussed.
GYODER also stated that they will demonstrate our pioneering stance by holding a conference on Design, Technology, Society and Nature under the umbrella of "Istanbul Talks". They also hosted experienced speakers, within the framework of their main vision.
