I manage the real estate asset purchase/sale process for TEKCE clients. Being responsible for contracts and asset acquisitions for new urban development and real estate, I also negotiate with external companies to implement the services included in TEKCE, such as real estate management companies, law firms, tax companies, notaries, Architecture practices, banks, and international currency exchange companies.
Together with Ozkan Tekce, Bayram Tekce, and Aysun Tekce, I opened the Spanish headquarters of TEKCE in Malaga in 2017, SPAINHOMES - TEKCE. Now I work in the process of expansion and implementation of TEKCE in Spain, firstly in Alicante (Costa Blanca), contributing to the update and development of the new management system and company website.
