Why Now Is the Right Time
Market conditions currently favor overseas property buyers. The Swedish krona has strengthened significantly, approximately 5% against the euro, 10% against the Thai baht, and 15% against the US dollar, while interest rates and inflation have stabilized. Together, these factors make it an attractive time to turn the dream of owning a home abroad into reality.
Free Seminars on Three Stages
Throughout the weekend, visitors can attend a comprehensive program of free seminars covering the entire buying process, including:
- How to buy property in different countries
- Taxes, legal matters, and retirement abroad
- Special seminars for families, including schooling abroad
The full seminar program will be published a few weeks before the exhibition.
