Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor: Job Description
The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor is responsible for identifying high-potential properties in key locations at competitive prices. The role involves negotiating favorable purchase agreements with property owners in line with company policies and current market conditions, then preparing and managing the property's portfolio for listing and sale within the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluating properties and advising sellers on market value, pricing strategies, and sales potential,
- Promoting available properties through targeted marketing campaigns and presenting suitable options to prospective buyers,
- Maintaining a diverse property portfolio,
- Organizing viewing tours for both local and international clients,
- Providing guidance to buyers throughout the purchasing process,
- Advising clients on current market trends, negotiation strategies, financing options, and legal procedures,
- Preparing and managing all required documentation, including contracts and transaction paperwork,
- Monitoring property market developments and industry trends to maintain up-to-date market knowledge,
- Facilitating transparent and mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers,
- Securing new property listings in line with the company's “Best Price Guarantee” policy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales and marketing,
- Strong command of English,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proactivity and ability to work effectively within a team,
- Results-driven, and committed to professional growth,
- Interested in building a long-term career with the company,
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Windows, internet applications, and CRM software,
- Passion about continuous learning and personal development,
- Valid Class B driver's license with active driving experience.
