Job Description
The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and reliable marketing of properties, integrating portfolios into the company structure, and providing professional guidance to sellers and domestic buyers throughout the sales process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advising property owners on the suitability and market value of their properties,
• Recommending offers and promotional campaigns to potential buyers while maintaining portfolio diversity,
• Organizing property viewing tours for local and international clients and actively participating in the sales process,
• Providing professional guidance on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing and managing required documentation, including contracts,
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Ensuring transparent, fair, and trustworthy agreements between buyers and sellers, and securing properties for the company in line with the best price guarantee principle.
Required Background:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing,
• Proficiency in English,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork abilities,
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and professionally driven,
• Interest in building a long-term career within the organization,
• Basic proficiency in Internet use, Windows, MS Office, and CRM systems,
• Commitment to continuous learning and personal development,
• Possession of a Class B driver’s license with active driving experience.
