Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor: Job Description
The Real Estate Portfolio Supervisor is responsible for sourcing properties in prime locations at competitive prices and preparing them for sale. In this role, you will leverage your skills and expertise to grow the company’s portfolio and present attractive investment opportunities to clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise sellers on the suitability and value of their properties
- Present offers and promotional campaigns to potential buyers, ensuring portfolio diversity
- Organize property viewings for local and international buyers and actively manage the purchase process
- Provide guidance on market conditions, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
- Ensure fair and transparent agreements between buyers and sellers, bringing properties to our company under our best price guarantee
Required Background:
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and a team player
- Results-driven, ambitious, and professional in approach
- Committed to a long-term career with us
- Basic proficiency in Internet use, Windows, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM systems
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Class B driver’s license with active driving experience
