Real Estate Agent Opportunity

TEKCE is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the property search and purchase process. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients secure the right property under the best possible conditions and terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompany clients during property viewings,
• Advise clients on property suitability, value, and investment potential,
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers,
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to provide appropriate solutions,
• Offer guidance on market trends, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, including contracts,
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Compile detailed property listings including location, features, images, and other relevant information,
• Review purchase contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms,
• Ensure all dealings are conducted with fairness and integrity.

Prior experience is not a requirement. The qualities we value most are honesty and an open mindset. TEKCE Academy provides all necessary training and support at the start of your employment. This online training lasts for two weeks, during which you will acquire the essential skills required for your role.
