Real Estate Agent Job Opportunity

As a Real Estate Agent at Antalya Homes ®, you will guide clients throughout their property-buying journey. You will understand their needs, introduce suitable properties, provide professional advice, and ensure a smooth and successful purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany clients on property viewings.
• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
• Provide accurate information about property features, market trends, prices, financing options, and legal procedures.
• Present offers and assist clients throughout the negotiation process.
• Prepare and manage the required documentation, including contracts and related paperwork.
• Create and maintain property listings with accurate descriptions, features, images, and location details.
• Review purchase agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are fulfilled.
• Build long-term client relationships through honest, transparent, and professional service.
• Stay up to date with the local real estate market and industry developments.

Required Background:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Strong motivation, ambition, and goal-oriented thinking.
• Interest in building a long-term career in real estate.
• Good computer skills, including Windows, MS Office, and internet applications.
• Flexibility to work during business hours.
• A valid driver's license.
• Fluency in English.
