Real Estate Agent Opportunity

Start your real estate career with TEKCE as a Real Estate Agent. In this key position, you will act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients through every stage of the property search and purchase process. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients in finding the most suitable property while securing the best possible price and terms.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accompany clients during property viewings,
• Advise clients on property suitability, value, and investment potential,
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers,
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable solutions,
• Provide guidance on market trends, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, including contracts,
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Create detailed property listings with information on location, features, images, and other relevant data,
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met,
• Ensure all transactions are conducted fairly and transparently.

Required Background:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,

• Goal-oriented and ambitious,
• Committed to a long-term career in real estate,
• Basic proficiency with Internet, Windows, and MS Office,
• Flexible with working hours,
• Possess a valid driver’s license,
• In addition to excellent English, fluent in Russian.
