About the Real Estate Agent Role

As a Real Estate Agent at Antalya Homes ®, you will help connect buyers with suitable properties and guide them throughout the purchasing process. We provide comprehensive training and continuous support, including a two-week onboarding program to help you develop the knowledge and skills required for the role. You will assist buyers from the initial property search through to the purchase, helping them find the right property and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience.

Responsibilities of the Role

• Take clients on property tours and provide relevant information throughout each viewing,
• Help buyers compare properties based on their requirements, features, and overall value,
• Handle and communicate offers while supporting the negotiation process,
• Identify clients’ property needs and budgets to match them with suitable opportunities,
• Keep clients informed about market trends, pricing, financing options, legal procedures, and other relevant topics,
• Handle contracts and other documents required throughout the sales process,
• Follow developments in the local property market and stay informed about current opportunities,
• Prepare engaging and accurate property listings with descriptions, photos, locations, and key details,
• Check sales agreements and supporting documents to ensure that the agreed terms are correctly reflected,
• Build trust between buyers and sellers through clear communication and professional conduct,

Position Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong motivation, ambition, and a results-oriented mindset
• Interest in building a long-term career with the company
• Basic proficiency in Internet use, Windows, and MS Office applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Working Hours (+3 GMT)

Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00

Previous real estate experience is not required. We value honesty, motivation, and a willingness to learn. Through TEKCE Academy, you will complete a two-week online training program designed to provide you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to start your career in real estate.
