Real Estate Agents act as professional intermediaries, facilitating transactions between property sellers and buyers. Their primary responsibility is to guide buyers throughout the entire purchasing process, from identifying suitable properties and presenting offers to securing the most favorable terms. In this role, Real Estate Agents enable clients to make informed decisions and achieve successful property acquisitions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accompany clients during property viewings,
• Advise clients on the suitability, value, and investment potential of the properties they visit,
• Present purchase offers to prospective buyers,
• Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to propose appropriate solutions,
• Provide guidance on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Prepare and review necessary documentation, including contracts,
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Create detailed property listings including location, features, images, and other relevant information,
• Review purchase contracts to ensure agreed terms are met,
• Ensure all transactions are conducted fairly, transparently, and ethically.
Required Background:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Proactive, collaborative, and a strong team player,
• Goal-oriented and ambitious,
• Interested in building a long-term career with the company,
• Basic proficiency in Internet use, Windows, and MS Office applications,
• Flexibility with working hours,
• Possession of a valid driver’s license,
• Fluency in German in addition to excellent English skills.
