Real Estate Agent Job Description
A Real Estate Agent acts as a professional intermediary, facilitating transactions between property sellers and buyers. In this capacity, the primary responsibility of the Real Estate Agent is to guide buyers throughout the property search and acquisition process. This includes identifying suitable properties, effectively presenting and marketing purchase offers, and securing transactions under the most advantageous, reliable, and competitive terms.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accompanying buyers during property viewing tours,
• Providing professional advice on the suitability and market value of properties viewed,
• Presenting purchase offers to prospective buyers,
• Assessing clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend appropriate solutions,
• Advising clients on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgage options, legal requirements, and related matters,
• Preparing and managing required documentation, including contracts,
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Creating detailed property listings that include location, features, visuals, and relevant information,
• Reviewing purchase agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are fulfilled,
• Ensuring transparent, fair, and ethical transactions.
