Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding clients during property viewings and advising on suitability,
• Presenting purchase offers and identifying clients’ needs or financial capabilities,
• Providing professional advice on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and negotiations,
• Preparing contracts and other necessary documentation,
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market,
• Create detailed property listings with location, features, and images,
• Making fair, honest, and transparent dealings with both clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
• Being proactive and demonstrating strong teamwork abilities,
• Having a genuine interest in building a long-term career with us,
• Being interested in building a long-term career with us,
• Having basic computer proficiency (Internet, Windows, MS Office),
• Being flexible with working hours,
• Having a valid driver’s license,
• Being fluent in English and German.
