We came to Antalya the first times with my wife late 2012 and we had in mind to rent or buy a small apartment. After some looking around we found out about Antalya Homes on the Internet. We got in touch and were shown about 15 apartments within a few days, both in Lara and in Konyalti. We had very good service and useful advice from the Director, Mr. Bayram Tekce and Ms. Olga Utku, who was our personal guide.
We came back again early 2013 and had sent a list in advance to Olga at Antalya Homes about which apartments we wanted to have a second look at. She showed us those, and also some new ones, and happily answered all our questions. In the end, we had decided on three options and at that point, Mr. Bayram also joined us and again, gave some useful and important advice.
Finally, we decided on one apartment in Guzeloba, Lara which we thought first that was too expensive, but with the help of Mr. Bayram the price came down to fit into our budget. We got absolutely necessary to help from Antalya Homes throughout the whole process of signing the contract, paying for the apartment and finally getting the TAPU, the "title deed". Even after the purchase, we got help with different nitty-gritty practicalities.
