In January 2022, we had the pleasure of being taken through the process for purchasing a property in Istanbul by a representative of Antalya Homes named Sana. We spent the day at various appointments including the Notary, bank, and viewing of the actual apartment. Throughout the process Sana left no stone unturned in ensuring the transaction went smoothly, she arranged a translator for the power of attorney and arranged for us to have passport-style photos taken. She had us chauffeured to each appointment and was present for each to help us achieve our goals, and often went above and beyond her requirements, for instance, helping us set up our cards for public transport. All of our needs/restraints were accommodated for from initial interest all the way up to receipt of title deeds and Sana still continues to be very helpful with our queries.
