So our dream has come true - to live in our own penthouse on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in the Turkish Riviera. And this dream was realized by wonderful professionals, a hospitable and friendly team of Antalya Homes - real estate agent Ms. Talifa, director of the office in Alanya Mr. Hakan, and founder and president of Tekce Mr. Bayram.
In February 2021, my husband and I finally matured in our decision to purchase an apartment in Alanya to live and apply for Turkish citizenship. From the huge number of real estate companies operating in the real estate market of Alanya, we selected only three companies that met our criteria for payment and in terms of the number of positive reviews and no negative ones. We are very pleased that Antalya Homes was the first and only company we turned to. And we are glad that our TRUST to the company and to the people working in it was justified - we received TAPU. Yes, there is still a lot to be done, but we are sure the Antalya Homes team will cope and successfully bring everything to the end.
It was doubly pleasant and very unexpected that after the first contact with the company, an agent of Talifa Rakhmatova, our former compatriot, came in contact with us, who literally understood exactly which apartment we were looking for. And it is extremely difficult to find such an apartment in Alanya. This is a central location on the first line and at the same time in the shade without noise and dust from the road, central heating, hot water and gas supply, a single-level penthouse for a large family, a gorgeous sea view, the absence of closely located neighboring buildings with barrels of solar collectors on the roof, the presence of a developed infrastructure within walking distance. A huge number of sometimes mutually exclusive requirements. And the apartment must still fit the conditions for obtaining Turkish citizenship. And agent Ms. Talifa found for us exactly the kind of penthouse we dreamed of. In one day, Ms. Talifa- and Mr. Hakan and I examined many options in different districts of Alanya, were stunned by the view from the terrace of our penthouse, and almost immediately made a decision to buy it. On the same day, we completed all the necessary formalities, and our dream come true. As a result, 10 days of the visit, which we originally planned to spend on inspecting the apartments, formalities, and payment, obtaining a tax number, opening a bank account, issuing medical insurance, met literally in one day.
