In February 2019 we started to look for an apartment in Turkey. The real-estate agent of Antalya Homes Djoi pointed us to an apartment in Belek because we had a family. We were actually immediately loved by the apartment. My husband and I started to negotiate the price from The Netherlands, it was very exciting because the price of a property in Turkey depends on the stock market. After calling each other many times, we came to a deal together. Djoi was always open to answer all our questions with satisfaction. From The Netherlands, we immediately paid a deposit in order to hold the agreed price and that the seller can keep his mortgage. Djoi drove us everywhere to arrange an account of the bank, translation, and administrative tasks. When the seller did not come on time, we were able to arrange with the notary that Djoi was authorized to arrange the sale of the property, he could further to request the water and electricity for us. These procedures took time due to the seller's delays, but Djoi did all his best to achieve all procedures of sale. So, therefore; we are very happy and full of praise for what Djoi did for us!!
