Operation Supervisor, Gülşen Karakaş

I have been working as an Operations Supervisor at TEKCE Real Estate since July 2023. I have experience in organization, process management, and team coordination through the responsibilities I have undertaken in the past as a Human Resources Specialist and a Quality Management System Specialist. The Standardization and Certification education I completed at universities in Azerbaijan also supports my current expertise.

Thanks to my fluency in English, Turkish, and Russian, I can communicate effectively with international clients and team members. My main focus in my work within TEKCE is to provide maximum contribution to the orderly and efficient execution of operational processes. I continue to support our team at every stage with my strong organizational skills.
