My name is Ekim Yılmaz. I was born in Sweden in 1979 and have over 15 years of experience working in the fields of construction, facility management, and real estate. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of property and infrastructure management. My background includes hands-on work as well as leadership roles that required problem-solving, project coordination, and client communication. I am fluent in Swedish, English, Norwegian, and Turkish, which allows me to work effectively in multicultural environments and with diverse teams. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring different cultures, and staying active through exercise. I am also passionate about learning and continuously developing both personally and professionally.
