Chairman, Bayram Tekçe

I was born in Zonguldak Ereğli, in 1972. I completed my university degree in Ankara University DTCF Dutch Language and Literature Department and graduated as Philologist. I started my career as a Professional Tourist Guide approved by the Ministry of Tourism in 1996. In 2004, when the property sales to foreigners were made legally possible, I have founded Antalya Homes Real Estate Inc. (which now has the legal name Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul AS).

My company, which gained strength over the years by making thousands of foreigners from more than a hundred different nationalities as property owners in Türkiye; also released strong brands such as Istanbul Homes, Trabzon Homes and Bursa Homes. In 2018, by establishing Tekce Overseas SA, based in Malaga / Spain, we began selling Spanish properties to buyers from all over the world under the Spain Homes brand.

With my sectoral knowledge and experience, I have established the Real Estate Export Committee within The Association of Real Estate Investors (GYODER) to grow the real estate sector with sustainable policies. To contribute the development of the sector, I took part in the establishment of the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GİGDER) in 2019. I served as Vice President of the Board of Directors and Head of the Research and Publications Committee of GİGDER until 2023. As of 2023, I have been serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of GİGDER.

I am currently the Chairman of TEKCE Real Estate and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of GİGDER.

Besides Turkish, which is my mother tongue, I speak English and Dutch at an advanced level.
